Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Responsible for leading the MSL group activities.

  • Support for HCPs through timely dissemination of emerging scientific and medical information from amultitude of sources.

  • Analyze and identify key MSL insights, and provide to the DA team for the development/revision ofDA strategy and MAP.

  • Contribute to the talent development of junior MSLs in the DA in charge (PG 24 and new comer).

Qualifications

RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience of 2-3 years in pharmaceutical industry or medical institute

  • Clinical development, Medical affairs, Research, etc.

  • Medical doctor, pharmacist, nurse and other Para-medicals (request basis)

e.g. Identifies and manages relevant scientific data and knowledge. Analyzes and synthesizes the information available and plans, prepares and delivers high quality scientific communication of evidence demonstrating the benefits, risks and value of our products.

e.g. Establishes and maintains trusted scientific partnerships with external customers (KOL’s, HCP’s, Patients, Payors, External stakeholders) to support TA and business priorities.

  1. Cross functional Collaboration & Teaming;

e.g. Builds collaborative partnerships with internal cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to establish and advance business plans and objectives.

  1. Strategic Evidence Generation;

e.g. Identifies and prioritizes evidence gaps, anticipates future evidence needs and addresses them through evidence generation that is aligned with TA strategy.

EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

The role involves extensive interactions with :

External Interactions

  • Medical doctors (especially, Key Opinion Leaders)

  • Various medical staffs such as Pharmacists and Nurses

Internal Interactions

  • R&D,Clinical Regulatory, PV, PMS, HPMA, Communications, Sales, Marketing

  • Global and AP Medical Affairs

  • All Medical Affairs leaders and members including Global and AP
