Your role:

以下業務を行うチームのリーダー

• 製品、部品の検査業務及び出荷判定の実施/監督

• 検査、判定における関係部署との連携（問い合わせ対応）

• 法定要求事項に基づき、倉庫/資材（添付文書、薬事ラベル等）、文書、記録管理

• 納品予定に応じて関係部門と倉庫内業務のコーディネート（入荷受入れ、検査優先順位決定、保管・庫内移動管理、出荷手配）

• 不適合品のシステム登録、内容・要因分析、返送手配、製造元への改善要求

• 業務委託先ベンダーのKPI管理

• JANコードの運用管理

You're the right fit if:

• 医療機器メーカーで、5年以上の製造所業務経験（責任技術者相当の経験が望ましい）

• チームリード経験（チームサイズ、役職名問わず）

• ビジネスに支障のない英語力、薬機法に関する基礎的な知識

• 製造業務だけではなく、前後のプロセス（倉庫への入荷、納品予定に併せた検査優先順位決定、判定後の出荷までのフォローなど）を幅広く把握する意思がある方

• 医療機器メーカーでの倉庫内業務全般の経験があれば、尚可

• 業務委託先、社内関係部署（Quality, Marketing, Sales, Planning等）と良好にコミュニケーションが取れる方

• 定量・定性情報を踏まえて、論理的に説明ができる方

• 4年制大学卒業
