We are looking for a talented, energetic marketing specialist to support our marketing and demand generation programs in Japan. Reporting to the Japan Field Marketing leader, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, as well as working closely with sales and SDR teams to optimize results. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, collaborative marketer with experience in the IT industry to build their experience in marketing programs including events, campaigns, digital marketing and demand generation, and PR.
Responsibilities
Work with Japan Marketing leader to develop a marketing plan that aligns to global and regional priorities, to drive demand and build pipeline and revenue
Support marketing program execution in line with regional business needs, including events, direct marketing, digital, telemarketing, promotions, webinars, and mailers.
Communicate and collaborate with key business stakeholders to build support and drive results from marketing initiatives
Manage and optimize marketing programs to key demand generation KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline generation
Measure and report on lead funnel flow and results, and work closely with sales and SDRs to communicate follow-up plans to sales stakeholders
Support marketing programs with channel partners and key go-to-market ecosystem partners to generate demand and grow the market
Review and provide feedback on translated and localized content for the Japan audience
Ensure marketing operational processes are followed for Japan marketing in collaboration with marketing operations - including campaign execution, lead delivery and measurement
Leverage reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for optimizing campaign results
About You
5 Year + experience in a marketing or business related role in the IT industry - either in marketing, sales or program management
Experience working in fast-paced technology companies - SaaS experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
Excellent English and Japanese communication and collaboration skills
Willingness and ability to learn new concepts, applications and tools
