The Director of Conference Services main role is to assist to meet banquet revenue goal and group rooms’ revenue as set by hotel guidance team. The Director of Conference Service is responsible for managing function rooms efficiently and profitably, overseeing efforts of all Conference Service Managers and Coordinators and making a deal with all related department for the required arrangement in the critical situation.
