私たちはDSPの事業開始から、中長期の事業成功までを伴走型でサポートするDSPアカウントマネージャーを募集しています。DSPアカウントマネージャーは、ラストマイル配送事業で起業するDSPとの信頼関係を築き、セール時期に向けたDSPの配送キャパシティ増を実現し、Amazonの物流ネットワークを共に成長させることに責任を持ちます。

このポジションでは、お客様を中心に考え、グローバルチームを含む社内外のステークホルダーと協業し、速いスピードで変化する環境下で多くのチャレンジをすることが求められます。

Key job responsibilities

• DSPがプログラムに参加し、トレーニングを受けて経験を積み、事業を軌道にのせるまでを一貫してサポートする窓口になります。

• 異なる役割を持つ関連チームと協力し、配送品質と信頼性を高めます。

• DSPが事業を拡大するにつれて発生するオペレーション上の課題を解決し、セール時期に向けて配送キャパシティ増を実現します。

• DSPのパフォーマンスをモニタリングし、DSPやステークホルダーと協力して改善を進めます。

• 無駄をなくしプロセスを最適化し続けることで、DSPエクスペリエンスを良くします。

• 担当のDSPが稼働する配送拠点を頻繁に訪問し、日々の業務の相談にのります。週に2-3日の出張に柔軟に対応します。

• 事業の成功に役立つ各種サービスをDSPが活用するよう促します。

• ロンチ進捗や事業進捗をリーダーに対して報告します。

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

• 2+ years of experience in managing vendors / 3rd party service providers or similar external companies or key accounts

• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

• Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner or business performance issues

• Business level of Japanese

• Basic level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

• Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

• Last Mile, Operations, or small parcel packaging experience

• Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues

• Ability to handle complex issues/ challenges, decisions, and escalations

• Problem solving and risk analysis skills

• Experience in taking ownership and executing projects

• Excellent project management skill

• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to transform ideas into action

• Experience in process improvement and data analysis, resulting in effective business judgement and decisions

• Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
