Your Role and Responsibilities

*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

We are seeking project managers, consultants, and system development leaders who can leverage these capabilities to lead our clients' transformations, and who can deliver consulting and project support services in digital commerce-related areas (EC, CMS, marketing automation, DMP, etc.)

There is a growing need to transform all areas of business transactions dynamically and optimally from the customer's perspective, including marketing, sales, service, and purchasing, by integrating the digital and real worlds of web, mobile, social, and other media.

Our world-class research centres have insights into the future of web, social, and other technologies, and we have extensive global experience in digital marketing and other strategic consulting and process transformation. In addition, Gartner Inc. has rated us as the No. 1 digital agency and consulting firm in the world, and we believe that we can support dramatic growth by combining IT with business transformation, and we are strengthening our software products in this area.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategy planning/concept development.

  • Business reform.

  • System construction support.

  • Change management support.

  • Support for implementation and establishment of systems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

*Experience in the following business packages (software). 

-Marketing automation.

-ECommerce

-Fulfilment that handles inventory and logistics.

*Experience collaborating with and have a proven track record of performing in a leadership or sub-leadership role.

*Experience consulting on ERP projects.

*Experience working on marketing software products, solutions, and services.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
