Job Purpose

Drive the execution of the new model (CFOM) to improve the value of the customer experience and maximize business value.

Establish full personalized engagement, operation and advanced analytics model to implement customer centered data driven marketing across franchise/brands.

ORGANIZATION CONTEXT

Solid line reporting to Head of Brand Customer Experience in General Medicines Business Unit in Japan

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Establish Personalized Engagement models based on Precision Analytics

Development of various frameworks necessary for building new models and Analytics

Facilitating a tool/system/data integration environment

Involvement and training of related departments and sales forces

Finding, selecting, negotiating, and establishing a collaborative system for external partners

Cross-cutting support for all GenMed organizations

Preparation of content for CX improvement, channel utilization, and construction and promotion of operation models for campaign design

Identification and improvement of issues in the operation model (as needed)

Support for the formulation and implementation of strategies for the use of digital channels

Connecting and Leveraging Analytics Data to the Business

Identify issues related to business connection and promote improvement measures.

Combining analytical environments (tools/systems/data marts) and marketing campaign execution strategy with deep understanding for data

Consideration of how to utilize and introduce internal and external data.

Project administration/Management

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience & knowledge

Strategic Thinking to combining data into strategic tactical action

Experience in precision analytics and marketing, data driven advanced analytics and cross-functional work, and can actively collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects run smoothly.

Knowledge and experiences of Advanced Analytics (such as Machine Learning, Statistical Modelling, Text Mining, Network Analysis, Optimization)

Experience in building a new business model that integrates digital technology

Able to confront difficulties and lead the implementation and implementation of new business models

Japanese speaking is highly preferred.

English: Reading & Writing Able to communicate with global
