Position Summary:

This talent development and learning specialist role is responsible for majority delivery of non-executive training / initiatives and supports development & design of each training program / initiatives and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

・Fully in charge of delivery of New Grads training program.

・Delivers major mart of non-executive training programs, both of mandatory trainings and open-enrollment trainings as a trainer with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.

・Supports administrative activities accordingly.

・Supports or in charge of part of development / design of each training program with support from Director, Talent Development & Learning.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

・Logical thinking

・Strong interpersonal skills

・Strong presentation skills

・Strong facilitation and trainer's skills

・Strong documentation skills and PC Skill

・Trainer experience

・Facilitation experience

・Native level Japanese and business level English

ポジション概要

人材開発および組織開発担当者として、非エグゼクティブトレーニング／イニシアチブの一部を担当し、各トレーニングプログラム／イニシアチブの開発およびファシリテーション、アドミ業務をサポートします。

主な職務：

• 新卒者研修プログラムのデリバリーを全面的に担当。

• 人材開発・組織開発ディレクターのサポートを受けながら、トレーナーとして必修研修および一般参加型研修の一部を実施。

• それに伴うアドミ業務のサポート。

• 人材開発・組織開発ディレクターのサポートを受けながら、各研修プログラムの開発・ファシリテーションの一部をサポートまたは担当。

• ファシリテーションスキル、トレーナースキル

• ドキュメンテーションスキル、PCスキル

• トレーナー経験
