The role:

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager, Language Services who will be part of a team coordinating translation projects.

Our Language Services team is part of our Commercialization and Outcomes group, working out of our offices in Abingdon (UK), Raleigh-Durham (US), Lyon (France), Barcelona (Spain), and Seoul (Korea). The team provides translation of clinical trial related materials for both internal and external clients. The translation group consists of teams with varied responsibilities, managing projects and liaising with our clients and freelance translators.

To succeed you will need:

• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience

• A background/qualification in languages, linguistics, or project management is preferred.

• Preferred degrees:

  • • Foreign languages (any language other than the candidate’s native language)

  • • Linguistics

  • • Translation and/or interpretation

  • • Translation Technologies

• Experience in any CAT Tool (Computer-Aided Translation Tool) is required.

• Experience in TMS (Translation Management System) is highly preferred.

As part of a team coordinating multi-language translation projects, successful candidates must possess exceptional communication and organization skills. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate drive, passion, great attention to detail and be comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time.
