【業務概要】

AmazonはFulfilment Centerで働くIT Support Engineerの応募をお待ちしております。日本のFCでは何百万点もの商品を取り揃えており、毎日世界中に配送しています。まずはFCの中の“物の流れ”を知って頂きます。その後、ITの観点から変更や改善を行って頂くようになります。ITインフラを構築・運用をサポートし、FC内の全てのITインフラが問題なく安定的に稼働している事が求められます。Amazonでは一日として同じ日はありません。多くの変化と多様な環境の中で活躍して頂きます。

社内ヘルプデスクサポート

Amazon配送センター内ITインフラ・システム・クライアント機器のサポート/新規ビジネス導入に伴う各種プロジェクトサポート

【主な職務内容】

アマゾン配送センター内ITインフラ・システム・クライアント機器のサポート

• オフィスユーザー向け社内ヘルプデスクサポート

  　　　・Windows PC及び周辺機器のサポート・トラブルシュー ティング

  　　　・アカウント・パーミッション管理

  　　　・トレーニング・オリエンテーションの実施

  　　　・資産管理等

• 配送センター内に入出荷のために使われるIT機器

  　　　・端末(Linux, Windows CE)及び周辺機器(バーコードリーダー・プリンタ等)のサポート・トラブルシューティング

  　　　・機器検証作業

  　　　・機器移設作業等

• システム・ネットワーク関連サポート

  　　　・Linuxサーバ・ソフトウェア・ネットワーク機器(Cisco)等のサポート・トラブルシューティング・一次対応窓口及び海外チームへのエスカレーション

• 　電話関連の設置とトラブルシューティングサポート

• 　設備・環境関連サポート

  　　　・業者によるLANと電源の配線工事管理

  　　　・サーバ室内及び配送センター内のIT関連設備( ラック、A/C、UPS等 )の管理・サポート

• 　各種プロジェクト管理（国内外）

  　　　・小規模プロジェクト (一週間～一か月)

  　　　　　配送センター内レイアウト変更等

  　　　・中規模プロジェクト (一か月～三カ月)

  　　　　　ライフサイクルによるIT機器交換等

  　　　・大規模プロジェクト (三か月～一年以上)

  　　　　　新ビジネス開始に伴うシステム導入・新拠点立ち上げに伴うITインフラ導入等

Amazon, has an immediate opening for an IT Engineer in one of our Fulfilment Centres. Fulfilment Centres throughout Japan handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors, and ships them across the globe each day. The successful candidate will ‘know how things work’ in their areas of responsibility and keep changes under control. You will build and operate infrastructure environments and will provide critical input to ensure that the platform is designed with operability in mind. You will make sure that all work around infrastructure moves forward successfully. As no two days are the same in Amazon you will thrive on changes and embrace ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience

• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience

• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience

• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience

• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience

• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience

• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience

• High school or equivalent diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer networking experience

• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
