当部のアカウントエグゼクティブは、エーオンのグローバルネットワーク、リソース、専門知識を活用し、不動産保有、投資 / 資産運用、ファンド、エクイティ投資分野に関わる大口顧客の開拓 / 維持に責任を負います。

職務内容

  • チームの売上目標達成

  • 開発段階、及びオペレーション開始時のリスク分析と保険提案

  • 業務進捗状況の把握

  • 質問書、通知書の準備やチェック

  • 保険事故進捗フォローと分析

  • 保険仕様書の作成

  • 保険会社各社と見積もり交渉、及び保険マーケットとの良好な関係構築・維持

  • 契約書や申込書のレビュー、マーケットへ提出や契約締結内容報告

  • 様々な保険会社への最終結果報告

  • 契約更改日前のカバー手配の確認

  • 顧客からのリクエストへの対応等

  • エーオンブローキングセンター(海外)及びスペシャリティーチーム(国内)のリソースを活用した新規ビジネスの開発

  • 最新マーケットトレンドの把握と必要な保険知識の習得

  • エーオンのコンプライアンス規程順守(グローバル、及びローカル規程) 

    経験・スキル

  • 高い組織力(国内外リソースとの調整力)

  • プロジェクト管理能力(仕事の流れを整理し、優先順位をつけ、課題に対処し柔軟にスケジュールをコントロールする能力)

  • 日本語と英語によるコミュニケーション能力

  • 保険業界での職務経験(保険会社またはブローカー、代理店)

  • 業務用ソフト(マイクロソフトオフィスやアドビ関連ソフト)の基本機能を理解し、既存データからリスク分析を行い、魅力的な提案書を作成する能力

    給与: 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定

    勤務地:   東京 23 区

    勤務時間:  9:00-17:00 (休憩 60 分・実働 7 時間) フレックスタイム制

           残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による

    休日:    完全週休 2 日制(土・日)、祝日

           年末年始 (12/30 ~ 1/3) 年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等

    Aon Japan is currently recruiting an Account Executive - AGCN Inward Team.

    This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model.

    Applicants must legally authorized to work in Japan. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

    What the day will look like

    Corporate Business 4 (“CB4 “) provides various type of services as an insurance agent to help its clients, mainly domestic real estate in Japan.

    Account Executive in CB4 is responsible for managing client service team and developing / maintaining the large client in the real estate in the Globe making use of Aon global client network and resources.

    This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to;

  • Manage and educate the service team members

  • Achieve sales goal for the team

  • Proactively coordinate insurance policies for construction phase and monitor renewal cycle for operational phase to ensure all necessary steps are completed in timely fashion. This may include: preparing and/or checking notice letters, contract and/or application reviews, market submissions and terms reports; putting firm orders to various markets; ensuring that coverages are bound prior to the effective dates; and responding to client’s requests.

  • Develop and create the new business using the resource of Aon Broking Center & Specialty Team.

  • Monitor the latest project status and claims activities.

  • Undertake various duties as assigned.

  • Communicate with insurance markets for quotes and develop/maintain positive working relationship with markets.

  • Catch up required insurance business knowledge as needed in a timely manner

  • Meet Aon Global and local compliance requirements

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong management and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and flexibly control work flow deadlines

  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English

  • 5 years’ experience in non-life insurance markets (insurers or brokers/agents)

  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Power Point to analyze existing critical risks and create attractive proposal
