As a member of the RDQ team, you are recognized internally as the operational expert in key process unit operations. You lead in the execution of experiments and trials that are required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies.

How you will contribute

You will be responsible for the seamless implementation of process trials in pilot plant, factories and with suppliers, offering your operational expertise in specific process unit operations for the total category. In addition, you will help plan for the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. Good analytical and writing skills are important in this role because you will create technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results leading to conclusions and recommendations. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellently written and accurate process specifications and creating intellectual properties that drive our competitive advantage.

  • Process development ideally with experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

  • Working with teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members

  • Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions

  • Applying a technical understanding of equipment and ingredients in support of the process development agenda

  • Labs/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience is a distinct advantage

  • Consumer-centric mindset

  • Technical rigor, curiosity and collaboration

More about this role

  • Ensure that all plants operate under Mondelez policies

  • Receive and perform audits

  • Participate in plant tests

  • Validate that quality parameters are met

Education / Certifications:

  • Food chemist or related

Job specific requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of quality experience

  • intermediate English level is required

Work schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
