The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Model Team strategy with direct responsibility for deployment of operational and educational content to support treatment center efficiency. This position provides the right candidate with a tremendous opportunity to expand their skills beyond the traditional pharmaceutical marketing teams with a focus on post clinical decision making within a unique delivery model. The candidate will develop and implement healthcare professional marketing initiatives while collaborating across our brand teams, commercial field teams, strategic account teams, sales training, medical affairs, and real-world value and evidence teams among others.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the development and execution of the delivery model goals and business objectives, inclusive of innovative ways that build HCP operational confidence for Treatment Center activation and productivity.

  • Co-develop and deploy data-driven marketing plans and resources aligned to business goals of accelerating business within treatment centers across multiple channels.

  • Lead asset/resource development with cross-agency/cross-functional teams to support field execution.

  • Support treatment center asset development, including educational resources, and execution of integrated marketing plans to achieve business goals.

  • Serve as the treatment center digital lead charged with managing, maintaining, and updating the mood digital ecosystem on SpravatoHCP.com.

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure the field readiness and deployment of new patient support programs to support overall SPRAVATO® marketing initiatives.

  • Represent the needs of customers within the Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategy (REMS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) workstream by leading strategy and execution of communication and resources to support customer experience.

  • Lead program execution of peer-to-peer treatment center immersive education program. Own content and logistical programming, while leading vendor relationship, copy approval process, and metrics. Contribute to strategic program evolution.

  • Represent Treatment Center customers within brand research, ensuring insight and content alignment across key stakeholders, inclusive of key business questions, segmentation, and research on inequitable barriers to treatment access.

  • The Product Manager will work closely with multiple functions including Payer & Site of Care Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Strategic Insights & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Risk Management, Business Quality, Innovative Medicine affiliates, external/internal vendors, and key customers/key opinion leader speakers to effectively implement key commercial activities.

  • Contribute to Neuroscience Marketing Culture with a focus on open and real communication and commitment to a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant in-line brand strategy and tactical execution experience with demonstrated success including operating with a big picture orientation and attention to detail. This candidate will be expected to effectively manage multiple internal/external partners, communicate clearly and concisely, deliver all projects within budget, assess project impact on driving sales, and work both independently and in collaboration with team to achieve organization and brand goals.

  • B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.

  • Sales or marketing experience is preferred.

  • Specialty product experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of business results, meeting, and exceeding goals.

  • Ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, and demonstrated ability to think strategically is fundamental.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team in a matrixed environment to be successful.

  • Experience managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.

  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.

This position is in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 25% domestic travel.

The base pay range for this position is $99k to $148k. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
