Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an IT Lead, located in Titusville, NJ.
The Engagement Orchestration & AI LEAD Analyst liaises with Business Stakeholders and technical teams to solicit and document business requirements for the Janssen Experience Transformation (JET) and C360 Platform (Treasure Data) capability while serving as the SME on JET business and IT processes and tools. We need someone who can deliver quality solutions to our internal customers. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to work on multiple prioritized requests simultaneously and compile business needs into digestible requirements to translate to the development teams using the Agile methodology. This role will partner with Business Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, Application Development vendors, and Testing Services to ensure that delivered capabilities meet the intended use by the business. Must be able to operate independently with little supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Business IT Interface
Understand business problems and conditions
Understanding of Engagement Orchestration systems or systems that the business uses; or may use in the future to deliver potentially new capabilities
Is assigned to work with the business to translate requirements for IT sprint cycles
Coordinate user acceptance testing or assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied
Writes, manages, and clarifies story points
Day to day platform configuration management
Facilitate discussions, meetings, and workshops with business and IT partners to enhance IT and business processes
Business Requirements Analysis
Takes business requirements and writes specifications in a consumable format and terminology for developers
Maps out business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support
Explains to the business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
Applies compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
Program Oversight
Reports on the progress of work stream and release cycles; has little oversight or responsibility over other work products
May assist and report on user acceptance testing
Provide oversight and management of the project
Identify and address any issues that may arise
Quality Operations:
Demonstrated knowledge of JNJ Training requirements, portfolio, project management, and IT procurement processes
Ensure system compliance with JNJ Standards
Other Duties:
Provide a single point of contact for business to IT, able to assist business to navigate to appropriate IT support and resources
Works together with Product Owners from various sectors to establish and implement enterprise strategy for Customer Engagement
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: BS or Equivalent Experience; Preferred Area of Study: Management Information Systems / Computer Information Systems
Required Years of Related IT Experience: 5 years
Experience with Treasure Data C360 technologies or other Customer Data Platform (CDP) application in the life sciences industry (ex. Telium, Salesforce, etc)
Experience with Scaled Agile methodology
Project Management leadership (experience in delivering multiple large projects, from inception to delivery)
Highly capable Business Analysis skills
Proficiency in managing relationships with individuals and organizations involved in the business
Should possess direct experience soliciting and documenting requirements
Experience collaborating with individuals from different business areas and technical teams
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and Development methodologies.
Broad understanding of current capabilities and limitations of existing systems.
Effective collaborator, networker, and adept at working with others
Experience working with agencies and technology providers
Solid communicator, team motivator, and leadership skills
Proven track record in delivering results and progress within aggressive timescales
Demonstrated experience in collaborating across product lines and workstreams
Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages a bonus
Preferred:
Preferred Area of Study: Management Information Systems / Computer Information Systems
Preferred Related Industry Experience: 2 years of experience working in life-sciences industry, medically-directed healthcare products
Domestic Travel on the Job up to 10%
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
