Employer: Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.Job Title: Associate Director, AI ML SolutionsJob Code: A011.6519Job Location: Titusville, NJJob Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $175,000 - $214,000Job Duties: Drive the operations of AI/ML enabled closed loop digital projects, with an initial focus on the Janssen Omni-channel Healthcare Professional (HCP) program including the flagship program - Janssen Experience Transformation (JET). Support the Janssen US Therapeutic Areas (TAs) in orchestrating the HCP omni-channel releases and ensure coordination across TAs with a high level of focus on backlog and delivery. Establish an effective working environment, including management of scope, content, processes, technologies, and team dynamics. Work closely with all cross-functional partners to identify scaling and standardization opportunities across TAs as we scale JET across all brands and TAs. Ensure that programs like JET are established as scalable and sustainable platforms that are responsive to evolving Janssen commercial needs. Maintain a cross-TA and program level perspective in orchestrating and overseeing the end-to-end testing, release management, prioritization, and related documentation of AI/ML solutions. Share accountability for end-to-end JET omni-channel operations & related processes including end-to-end testing and support to ensure JET delivers an optimal customer experience. Collaborate and coordinate within a heavily matrixed environment across TA leads, JET Ops, and other supporting teams to ensure quality and on-time deployments. Provide leadership in removing obstacles and solving problems to ensure operational excellence for AI/ML solutions in Janssen commercial. Assist the leaders in the DS, DE, and AA team in managing the releases together with the Janssen Therapeutic Areas (TAs) to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. Support the TA teams in eliciting requirements to advance JET while ensuring coordination, standardization, and visibility across TAs.Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an Associate Director, AI ML Solutions-related occupation.CONTACT: To apply, please send resume to jkim6240@its.jnj.com.
