Jabil HR Business Partner in Tiszaujvaros, Hungary

The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing the company's overall HR processes, supporting business and functional areas, tracking and supporting employees' career paths in accordance with the relevant professional guidelines, strategy, internal regulations and applicable legislation.

Tasks in more detail:

  • Primary HR contact and support to functional and business unit managers

  • Proactively providing HR solutions for their business needs

  • Participates in the development of HR strategies

  • Supports the HR manager and preparation of ideas, projects in HR related topics

  • Participates in the development and implementation of new HR processes/concepts

  • Succession planning in supported businesses/areas

  • Implementation of talent management tools

  • Active participation in the development of career path

  • Supporting and monitoring the assimilation of managers

  • Knowledge and maintaining of the onboarding process in the supported business and functional areas

  • Knowledge and support of the salary development process, active participation in the process in collaboration with the local and regional compensation team

  • Follow-up on benchmark data, analyze statistics, prepare and present reports to managers

  • Assisting in the retention of employees in the supported functional areas (identifying root causes on turnover and recommending possible retention actions)

  • Investigating and conducting full employment law processes

  • Optional participation in the interviews during the selection process

    Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • 2-3 years' experience in a HR role working for a large, international company

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Relevant knowledge of labor law

  • Analytical mindset

    Work location: Tiszaújváros, Hungary (2 days/ week Home Office available after probation period)
