Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators. Successful candidates will be open to working at least two shifts, with a current emphasis on filling five positions for the 3rd shift. Main shifts are 1st (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), and 3rd (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Responsibilities include professional and accident-free operation of the forklift, performing routine inspections of the equipment at the start and end of the shift, and continuous tracking of goods using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Additional duties involve supporting other production-related tasks such as bagging, quality control, and cleaning as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead. Safety is a top priority, and operators will be expected to maintain high safety standards and follow emergency procedures when necessary. This is a seasonal contract position that is anticipated to last 6-8 months and could turn into a long-term opportunity.

This is a fully on-site position in TIPTON, IN.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Tipton, IN. This role is based at an agricultural site which demands physical stamina. The work is strenuous and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. While we provide most of the PPE, employees are expected to wear steel-toed boots daily. The work environment, while focused on safety and cleanliness, can be dirty due to insecticides, dirt, and dust from the crop seed.
