Utilize advanced knowledge to analyze system failures, isolate issues, and recommend procedures for future prevention. Evaluate and recommend action on communication equipment systems and networks. Provide technical advisory assistance and repair high power transmission systems. Develop and manage IT communications programs and systems. Review daily radio logs, resolve operational deficiencies, and coordinate logistics for maintenance support.

Responsibilities:

• Originate weekly and monthly Quality Control (QC) schedules and maintenance actions.

• Perform emergency work on transmitter and ancillary equipment during assigned "On Call" shifts.

• Follow directives from Facilities Lead or Site Manager.

• Review daily radio logs, correct operational deficiencies, and determine repair part requirements.

Required Skills

• Troubleshoot HF transmitters to component level.

• Troubleshoot high-power transmitter feed systems.

• Understand power and SCADA systems.

Required Experience

• High School/GED diploma.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a High Power Transmitter facility or equivalent
