In your position as "R&D Digital Business Processes Developer (Material and Technology)" you are responsible to develop and improve our R&D business processes and strongly support the digitalization with coding to increase efficiency and transparency. You enable the systematic collection of process and material data through our global R&D technology areas and drive the automatization of data collection. You act as a key user for the material database management, which includes for example the recipe and chemical management. In your role, you work with internal and external service providers and support the implementation of AI methodology in the R&D material and technology area.

  • Key User for R&D recipe and chemical recipie management tool (ChemRemSy); ​

  • Collaboration and alignment with external Software providers; ​

  • Enable systematic collection and analyis of process data through R&D Technology areas​;

  • Setup and build-up of a central Material Database Management​;

  • Automation of R&D Tools, for example, the IMDS process​;

  • Support the implementation of AI methodology in the material and technology area.

We are looking for:

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Economics, or an equivalent qualification;

  • Advanced knowledge in software development (e.g. Python);

  • Advanced knowledge no and low-code applications (especially Forms, Flow, PowerAutomate, Mendix);

  • Experience in databases like SQL (MySQL, MariaDB), MongoDB, Influx;

  • Experience in Data Analytics;

  • Experience in project management;

  • Advanced knowledge of Office365 (especially Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoints);

  • Business proficient English language skills in written and spoken;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Working experience within intercultural and global teams is desirable.
