Als HR-Intern speel je een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van onze HR-afdeling. Je voert diverse taken uit die belangrijk zijn voor de organisatie, zoals:

• Opstellen van contracten: Je zorgt dat nieuwe medewerkers en bestaande medewerkers tijdig hun contract ontvangen,

• Beheren van verzuimregistraties: Je zorgt dat de ziek- en herstelmeldingen tijdig worden verwerkt.

• Administratieve handelingen en gegevensverwerking: Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en geordende HR-administratie.

• Aanleveren van salarismutaties: Je draagt zorgvuldig bij aan het nauwkeurig uitbetalen van salarissen.

• Je bent student HBO of AD in de richting HR.

• Je hebt een proactieve en leergierige instelling.

• Je beheerst de Engelse taal.
