Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting the property to identify potential hazards, damages, and improvement opportunities. You will also provide coverage during some weekends and holidays, monitor the performance of housekeeping and security staff, and execute basic repairs including plumbing, lighting, door hardware, cement, woodwork, and painting tasks. Collaborate with other maintenance staff on larger projects, maintain weekly lighting reports, and provide ongoing preventative maintenance to property vehicles and features. Additionally, you will assist the marketing department with event execution and maintenance of signage hardware, and respond to daily requests from management, tenants, and contractors. This role requires flexibility and readiness to handle various duties as needed, with the potential for responsibilities to change at any time.
