As a Vice President of Product Development, you will be responsible for being apart of shaping the future of our transformative healthcare supply chain technology solution. The platform serves as a comprehensive solution for providers, distributors and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency and visibility across the supply chain. Surgence integrates flexible connectivity and development, advanced analytics, alerts and workflow capabilities to enable proactive decision-making, risk mitigation and collaborative forecasting to advance the healthcare supply chain. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our groundbreaking supply chain technology platform.

• Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap, shaping the product vision for our solution to align with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Product Development & Execution:

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prioritize product development initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and resource availability.
• Create processes and utilize tools for the team(s) to manage ideation to application launch.
• Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and secure applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering, to align product development with business objectives.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate their insights into the product development process.
