Responsibilities : - Support all continuous improvement activities through Lean Manufacturing - Focus on eliminating waste , downtime , and reducing excess costs - Cell layout , cycle counting and time studies - Maintain project timelines and launch objectives - Build relationships with end customers to collaborate on product changes or any issues - Work closely with quality department to determine root cause of issues , and develop corrective actions - Make recommendations to mold and fixture design changes
