Description

• Understands a Receivable statement enough to be able to explain it to customers and to be able to balance it to invoices and payments
• Ensures invoice totals are accurate and records transactions accordingly
• Communicate with peers and management in a professional manner
• Work with minimal supervision
• Provide support to other departments and other stores

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge with excel at intermediate to advanced level
• Accounting experience is required (at least one year)
• Auto Dealership experience a plus but not required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be well organized in a fast -paced environment
• Ability to work well with others
