Job Flexibility:

As the Software Developer of innovation Vehicle Control (m/f/d) you will drive new Software technology-concepts for “Software defined Vehicle” related to new EE Architectures and products.

Main Tasks

1. Development of High-Performance Computing software solutions of middleware integration for automotive applications.

2. Design and Implementation and Prototype solutions of new software architectures based on AUTOSAR Adaptive an alternative.

3. Estimation of technology trends in electronic controls portfolio cross products.

4. Contribute to “proof of concept” in closed alignment between innovation and Engineering teams.

5. Elaboration of technical feasibility and presenting to expert communities as well customers.

6. Reporting to Head of System Design and Architecture Vehicle Controls located In the Innovation department of electrification solutions.

Qualification and skills

1. University degree in a relevant field (computer science, electronics and telecommunication, informatics), master’s degree desired.

2. More than 3 years’ experience in Automotive Software technology and experience in international Software projects with global OEM’s.

3. Strong knowledge of C++ features and best practices.

4. Broad experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive and Communication Protocols such as SomeIP and DDS.

5. Experience with POSIX-Based Operating Systems (e.g., Linux), memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.

6. Initial Knowledge of SOA principles and their application in automotive systems.

7. Awareness of safety-critical systems and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).

8. Market knowledge of automotive software technology.

9. Innovative, likes driving pioneering Ideas in cross disciplines collaboration Projects.

10. Collaborate in networks internally and externally and drive partnership with customers, associations, Software suppliers and universities.
