Description and Requirements
工作内容：
1.DVM策略制定：
-与业务部门、IT部门紧密合作，了解企业数据管理和存储需求，制定合理的数据归档策略。
-分析现有数据结构和存储情况，提出数据归档的优化建议，以提高数据管理的效率和安全性。
2.DVM实施：
-负责SAP系统中数据归档功能的配置和实施，确保数据能够按照既定的策略进行归档和删除。
-监控数据归档过程，解决实施过程中遇到的问题，确保数据归档的顺利进行。
3.性能优化与资源管理：
-通过数据归档减少生产数据库的负载，提高系统性能。
-管理和优化归档数据的存储资源，确保数据的可访问性和安全性。
4.合规性与法规遵循：
-确保数据归档过程符合相关法律法规和行业标准。
-协助企业进行数据审计和合规性检查，确保数据的合规性。
5.培训与知识传递：
-对企业内部用户进行SAP数据归档相关知识的培训，提升用户的数据管理意识。
-编写用户手册、操作指南等文档，帮助用户更好地理解和使用SAP数据归档功能。
6.持续改进与创新：
-关注行业动态和技术发展，不断引入新的数据归档方法和工具，提升企业的数据管理水平。
-与团队成员共同协作，持续改进和优化数据归档流程，提高工作效率。
任职要求：
1、具有5年以上SAP相关工作经验，其中至少3年以上SAP DVM的实施经验。
2、熟悉SAP系统的整体架构和运作原理，精通SAP DVM模块的功能和特性。
3、熟练掌握数据归档模块的配置、运维及优化技能。
4、具备良好的数据分析和数据管理能力，能够处理大规模数据集。
5、熟悉数据库管理和优化技术，了解数据备份和恢复流程。
6、具备良好的团队协作精神、出色的客户服务意识和跨团队沟通能力。
7、本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程专业。
