2.效率KPI制定及跟踪管理;MCT指标逻辑优化及制定维护;

3.新建生产线设备需求计算、统计、申购等工作;4.端到端流程分析及优化机会发掘，并推进实施;

5.工厂建设项目规划及推进，工厂动线分析及持续优化；

6.自动化项目评估及推进；投资回报分析；

7.产能、需求人力、就业工时规划；人员编制规划和申请；

8.辅料采买逻辑建立，单件辅料成本控制；

9.标准工时建立和持续优化；
