Description and Requirements

职位描述：

l 负责具有创意和高质量的3D设计，以满足不同项目的3D插图、IP角色、3DKV主图等内容的设计输出。

l 与团队紧密配合，理解用户需求，输出符合市场趋势及客户需求的的设计方案；

l 与视觉设计师合作，完成3D视频，动态Icon，创意镜头等动态设计，建立准确的视觉表达规范。

l 与视觉设计师以及引擎开发工程师进行上下游对接，完成如AR/VR等引擎类项目的资产输出和规范制定；

l 自研线IP及衍生品的设计到3D模型、卡通类角色动画的制作。可独立产出产品创意设计方案。

l 跟踪分析市场AI工具使用数据，持续优化迭代设计工作，提高用户满意度和视觉效果；结合AI技术，打造智能化的3D资产生成系统，提升设计效率和用户体验；

l 管理设计资源，确保-设计质量和效率。

任职要求：

l 具有影视动画/游戏/视觉等艺术类相关专业背景，具有扎实的艺术修养和理论知识。

l 3-5年产品广告或CG影视行业经验，具有至少2个成熟完善的商业案例经验，有统筹项目经验优先。有互联网行业供职经验优先。能适应多种视觉渲染风格。

l 精通C4D\maya\blender其中至少2款主流三维工具，熟练掌握基于插件的骨骼绑定，和关键帧动画，精通模型、材质、渲染。

l 精通C4D的运动图形模块、熟练掌握粒子、RealFlow等特效插件。

l 精通Arnold\RS\OC其中至少2款渲染器。

l 熟悉unity或者UE引擎的资产烘焙、导入、质感调节、优化等工作。

l 熟练掌握AE工作流或者nuke工作流的后期合成和剪辑工具。
