Summary

Forge Nano Inc., a fast-growing nano-technology company with a focus on precision, commercial-scale ALD nano-coatings across a wide range of markets, is seeking an experienced and high-energy VP Sales. As a VP Sales, you must be passionate about technology, creative in approaching sales, and skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic VP Sales with a proven track record in technology sales leadership. Skills and Responsibilities

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for tasks and skills such as (non-exhaustive):

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, leveraging your knowledge of the technology industry and market trends.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, providing coaching and support to help team members excel in their roles.

  3. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are managed effectively, and that sales efforts are synchronized with the sales strategy.

  4. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.

  5. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, working closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

  6. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and other materials to support the sales team.

  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  8. Sales Training: Continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team through training, workshops, and development programs.

  9. Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in technology sales leadership, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Deep understanding of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in sales and CRM tools.

Budget management experience.
