ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. TA & Workforce Strategist plays a crucial part in aligning workforce needs with strategic hiring goals. In collaboration with company leaders, and hiring managers, the incumbent will act as a consultant to the business, ensuring the organization is prepared to meet future talent demands. Additionally, the Sr. TA & Workforce Strategist will focus on building relationships with both prospective talent and current managers delivering an industry leading workforce. Essential Functions Strategic Workforce Planning Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand and forecast recruitment needs Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes Cross-Functional Engagement: Participate in executive staffing discussions and project planning across the organization Workforce Forecasting: Deliver accurate forecasts based on various factors to maintain optimal staffing levels Resource Allocation: Assist in reviewing labor allocation and ensuring resources meet organizational demand Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance workforce planning accuracy and efficiency Talent Acquisition Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with company leaders and prospective talent Market Research: Conduct research to identify top talent in the industry through extensive sourcing Networking: Implement strategies to build relationships with industry talent and increase future talent pools CRM Enhancement: Enhance the TA CRM to maintain communication with prospective talent Systems Experience: Utilize ATS applications, and vendor resources through social media tools, to identify and attract talent Executive Partnering: Serve as the TA Partner for strategic and critical roles Other duties as assigned Regular and predictable attendance Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards ABOUT YOU

Qualifications Required: Minimum of 8 years in a senior role in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, or as an HR business partner, including 3 years in a corporate setting Required: Minimum of 5 years working with top leadership collaborating on workforce strategies and recruitment needs Required: Proven success in executive recruiting and strategic sourcing for business-critical positions, collaborating and communicating with executive leaders Preferred: Experience in the energy, utilities, and large Infrastructure construction industry Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong customer focus and effective use of consultative approach with internal clients Ability to oach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires Demonstrated ability to interface with senior-level executives, hiring managers, and candidates Capable of handling extremely confidential and sensitive information Skilled at developing and leveraging consultative recruitment and workforce strategies Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, rules, regulations, and policies Skilled at task prioritization, time management, and strong organizational skills Ability to research, establish relationships, network, and source qualified candidates from multiple paths Proficient computer skills (including MS Office/Word/Outlook) and advanced knowledge and skill...
