We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Job Title: General Laborer with advancement opportunity to Plater position

Shift: 1st = 6 am to 2:30 pm Naugatuck CT Shift: 1st = 6 am to 2:30 pm Thomaston, CT Shift: 2nd = 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Thomaston, CT

Ability to lift 30lbs frequently in a safe manner.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Able to table sort proficiently.

Ability to calculate BBL's vs. cartons, pieces, weight, etc.

Verify travelers and piece counts for all jobs.

Trained and proficient with the safe operation of an electric pallet jack.

Operate an air hoist properly and safely.

Maintain accurate department production and safety records, spread sheets and logs.

Know how to properly line and pack customer containers.

Safety and Housekeeping/ Trained to department

standards, maintains a safe/clean dept.

Demonstrate how to read a Traveler effectively.

Capable of reading SDS.

Demonstrated high motivational output.
