Kuehne+Nagel KNGS Process Specialist in Thessaloniki, Greece

Are you interested in Processes? This role will focus on Process Standardization, Quality & Efficiency Improvements, while aiming to increase Automation solutions too.

Your Role

Validate the processes to be migrated in KNGS and propose improvements. Review of existing KNGS Processes in order to identify optimization opportunities and drive the needed implementations accordingly as well as ensure that all WI are up to date. The focus will be around: Standardization/Process adjustments in collaboration with BU and Regional Process Managers & Automation (E-Touch & RPA), with ultimate target to improve quality and reduce waste to increase efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review existing Processes with purpose to make them more lean and eliminate wastes and validate new Processes that are migrated to KNGS from BU

  • Maintain the WI to the most updated version in WIKI and keep the WIKI structure as lean as possible

  • Implement the Standard process in GS

  • Document Process reviews using BPMN

  • Identify potentials for Process Optimizations (Automation, eTouch, waste reduction and System utilization) and record the progress of their implementation through Project Management Tools (JIRA confluence and WIKI) based on Global and Regional Airfreight standards

  • Review different Processes to find commonalities that will end up on task centralization

  • Build Synergies with other GS Teams (Operations, Systems, Trainers, Automation) in order to achieve common goals

  • Review BAM and reporting tools (Celonis, BI, eTouch Booster) in order to identify system utilization opportunities

  • Maintain alignment with the Regional Process Team and ABP’s for strategic direction in regards to GS utilization

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 1-year experience in KNGS

  • Fluent English language

  • Extensive knowledge of Air logistics processes

  • Organizational & Planning skills

  • Problem-solving & analytical skills

  • Time management skills

  • Knowledge of KN products, services and processes

  • Process and project management experience desirable
