Job Title: Delivery Driver

Job Description

Primary job duties will be to drive a non-CDL box truck to and from patients' homes and facilities such as hospitals, retirement homes, residential homes, and hospice facilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a non-CDL box truck to various locations including patients' homes and medical facilities.

• Follow a set route each day, with the schedule provided each morning.

• Handle will-call deliveries if a full day of routes is not scheduled.

• Set up and pick up equipment such as supplemental oxygen products and supplies for home care patients within a designated geographical area.

• Set up and break down hospital-grade beds in customers' homes.

• Ensure all rental equipment is returned in a timely manner and assist the warehouse team with offloading equipment for cleaning and return.

• Provide caregivers with instructions on the proper use of equipment if the patient is unable to do so.

• Use a tablet to log all information once the equipment is set up at the patient's home.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, with assistance from wheels for heavier items like beds.

• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to work collaboratively at the warehouse and independently on routes.

• Excellent customer service skills while on the road.
