Get open orders information from Logistics Center at a month start and prepare Manufacturing plan based on Open sales orders, safety stocks, Manpower and Material availability.

Manufacture of products as per priority/confirmation dates in sales orders on daily basis to meet Delivery reliability Targets.

Prepare plan for the month to be manufactured at sub contractor after finalization of inhouse qty’s based on capacity inhouse.
