Description

One of our thriving clients is looking to add a Global Financial Reporting and Consolidation to their successful finance team. This candidate should have strong data analysis, consolidations, systems and operations improvement experience as they will be responsible for the reporting and financial analysis process including preparing financial statements and reports, fixed asset management, grant accounting, budget management, and assist with process improvement and internal control guidelines. This Global Financial Reporting and Consolidation will also support US and regional teams. The ideal candidate for this role should be results driven, provide a high level of attention to detail, and possess an analytical mindset.

How you will make an impact

· Generate monthly, quarterly financial reports & statements

· Account Reconciliation

· Prepare quarterly earnings communications

· Coordinate internal and external audits

· Build and establish strong client relationships

· Complete trend and variance analysis

· Perform financial forecasting

· Monitor Compliance

· Recommend areas for revenue generation

· Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements

The ideal Global Financial Reporting and Consolidation candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for this Global Financial Reporting and Consolidation position include and are not limited to:

· 4+ years of public company or private company accounting experience

· CPA/MBA a PLUS

· Strong consolidation, financial statement preparation, and US GAAP expertise

· SAP preferred

· Advanced analytical skills
