Web Product Owner — Specialty Pharmacy Digital Patient Solutions - Hybrid

As the Web Product Owner, you will be responsible for influencing a product team to deliver optimal value for Accredo customers—primarily our patients accessing their accounts on Accredo.com. You will take on product owner responsibilities, working cross-functionally with other teams for on-time completion of deliverables driven by the enterprise and product backlog. You will also establish internal and external facing product updates, help craft product features (and user stories), conduct demos, build business cases, manage roadmaps, and give leadership presentations. As a product owner of one of our digital platforms, you will support the patient and end-user experience, drive product development for all stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise to the product line and company stakeholders. Holistically, you will support the other Business Product Owners with the overall product development, launch, and growth initiatives in alignment with our entire Digital Patient portfolio (e.g. mobile app, text, IVR, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Business product owner within Accredo’s Digital Patient Solutions team—with primary focus on patient web portal product—and leader of cross-functional work groups, which includes providing business strategy and prioritization of work.

  • Works with stakeholders across the organization for the design, implementation and delivery of product functionality.

  • Creates business cases for new products, sets product specifications, works with IT to estimate funding requirements, and partners with subject matter experts across the organization to design, create, iterate, and bring the final product to market.

  • Assist the technology team & business stakeholders with execution of the roadmap & vision, development of user stories, and maintaining the health of the application.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience) or Master’s degree and 3+ years’ experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred

  • Data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal presentation, and documentation.

  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy industry preferred.
