Job Title: Video Game Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay: $80-103k based on experience + comprehensive benefit plan

Key Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on needs of the project

• Development of project milestone and test schedule roadmap

• Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance of more experienced leads

• Facilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead Sponsor

• Management and development of a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading test teams up to 40 people in the video game industry

• Knowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologies

• Familiar with data analysis and capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverage

• Experienced with test case management software

• Knowledgeable of game development cycle using waterfall or Agile development models
