Honeywell Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist in Tempe, Arizona
Senior Customer Marketing Specialist as a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and generating demand for our FIRE business. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding end user/customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns to deliver consistent growth pipeline, orders and conversion. You will report to Director Customer Marketing, FIRE, North America. In this role, you will have developed and deploy deep understanding of FIRE solutions and industry stakeholders including first responders and can translate these into impactful campaigns and tactical marketing plans that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the FIRE business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute annual marketing plan in close collaboration with sales and offering management
· Develop deep understanding of Fire departments and first responders – their needs, buying behaviors, technology use cases and applications.
· Deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting customer personas
· Launch new products in close collaboration with offering, sales and pricing teams – ensure launch excellence through the entire launch cycle with best-in-class sales enablement, assets and content
· Own and deploy marketing budget with ‘digital first’ execution focus including but not limited to email campaigns, social and paid media activities, SEO/SEM etc.
· Lead and manage events to engage regional customers and prospects with our technology
· Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs like Marketing Qualified Leads, pipeline, revenue and ROI
· Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
· Own customer experience on brand websites and portals with up-to-date information and latest content
· Collaborate with corporate centers-of-expertise for events, trade shows, websites and portals and digital assets
· Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
COMPENSATION:
The Salary range for this position is $84K - 126K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with a continuous improvement and problem solving mindset
· Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
· Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
