That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as an Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews, maintaining new hire processes by working closely with leadership of all levels. This role requires above average multi-tasking, ability to stay organized, work out of a que to schedule interviews as they come in and communicate with leaders if a schedule change may be needed.

  • Responsible for owning the candidate experience by establishing relationships with the recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

  • Effectively schedule video and onsite interviews, accurately communicate interview details, and coordinate the scheduling of corresponding calendar invites in a timely manner.

  • Host and facilitate onsite interviews, in some cases arranging travel while providing best-in-class service.

  • Maintain, update, and execute actions and communications in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by utilizing, creating, and updating stored templates, documents, assignments, etc.

  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned and required from time to time.

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with your coworkers within DriveTime.

  • Provide input on improving and driving DriveTime recruiting best practices.

What You’ll Need

We're looking for someone who has stellar communication, great resiliency, and has a proactive mentality.

  • BA/BS degree from a 4-year university is preferred

  • High School degree required.

  • 1+ years of experience scheduling interviews for a recruitment team

  • Ability to communicate with individuals across the company including senior leadership

  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to deal with ambiguity is essential.

  • Workday experience is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.

  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
