Job Summary
The Office Concierge acts as the first point of contact between guests, clients, and employees when they enter the office. Responsible for upholding company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued. The successful candidate will have a confident personality, enjoy networking, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Your Role as a CSM - Office Concierge
Maintain a positive work environment
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as necessary
Daily upkeep of office environment
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail
Maintain positive ongoing relationships
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
Multitask and prioritize as necessary
Represent the company with integrity and dedication
Assistance in organizing and planning on-site/off-site events including company lunches, team building events, annual training event, etc.
Work Requirements/Skills

Planning, Coordinating, Organization skills
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional Saturday (2-3 times a year)
40 hours/week
