That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for hire at this time.

We are seeking highly skilled students to support all things Human Resources, known around our parts as Employee Experience. At DriveTime, as focused as we are on our customers, we take that same focus on finding the right talent for the right opportunities within our organization. As the heart of the company, we support our difference makers throughout their employee life cycle. We have several verticals that help support this cycle.

In short, we are looking to hire interns for the following HR verticals:

  • Payroll

  • Organizational Development

  • Talent Support

  • Talent Acquisition

  • Employee Engagement

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

  • A mind for the details. Okay we know “detail-oriented” is on about every job description – but we really mean it!

  • Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly. Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must.

  • Plays well with others. You will be working in a high-functioning team environment. We work together in order to win together.

  • Organization and time management skills in spades. You’ll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.

The Specifics.

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2025 to August 2026

  • Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ

  • You can expect a regular on-site schedule; Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

  • Relocation assistance not provided for internship
