As a Contracts Representative II here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Tempe, AZ, you will play a crucial role managing customer ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) contracts, including both new contracts and renewals. The ideal candidate will have experience with government procurement processes, possess excellent record-keeping skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for successful customer interactions.

You will report directly to our Sr Customer Support management supervisor, and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee customer ARR contracts, including the initiation of new contracts and the renewal process for existing contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to government procurement.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contract-related activities, including documentation, amendments, and communications.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of contract terms with customer expectations and company policies.

  • Facilitate clear and effective written and verbal communication with customers regarding contract terms, renewals, and any inquiries they may have.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related role, preferably with experience in government procurement.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales teams.

  • Exceptional record-keeping and documentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
