ManpowerGroup Mobile Building Engineer in Temecula, California

Our client, a leading provider in facility management, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Building Engineer

Location: Temecula, CA

Pay Range: $30/hr - $36/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.

  • Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.

  • Conduct inspections, calibrations, and part replacements to optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.

  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
