How you’ll spend your day

  • Professional administrative & operational support to the Head of TAPI Operations (calendar, meeting logistics, traveling, SAP, Ariba, expense reports, etc.)

  • Monitoring status and timely execution of tasks

  • Assist with the creation of slide decks and communication materials.

  • General administrative support to the TAPI Operations Leadership Team & managing Travelling expenses, reports & logistics.

  • Assist with the organization of face-to-face meetings and team building Events.

  • Coordination of team meetings, preparing meeting minutes following up on action item execution.

  • SAP procurement activities – requisitions, POs and payments/budget control

  • Ad-Hoc support as required.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • At least 10 years of experience in administrative support role for senior executives

  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work with changing priorities.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

  • Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.

  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent English and Hebrew (written and verbal)

  • Detail oriented, multicultural.

  • Ability to work as part of a global team.

  • The role is based at Teva's Global Headquarters in Tel-Aviv.
