The opportunity

In this role you will be driving the Operational Excellence Strategy and Master Plan for TAPI Operations, aligning with our corporate goals. Designing OPEX performance targets to enhance both performance and health across the TAPI Ops network. Identifying impactful opportunities and managing a global change initiative portfolio. Ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary skills for transformation and sustainable OPEX solutions. Proud to contribute significantly to the global AOP process, capturing OPEX benefits in P&L targets.

How you’ll spend your day

Business Support:

  • Drive and lead global initiatives and focused projects that achieve optimization.

  • Ensure local (site / functional)) initiatives are scoped for impact.

  • Provide business partnership to the different functions.

Operational Excellence Capability & Performance:

  • Alignment of operational improvement activities at all levels of the organization

  • Support local OPEX programs and improve capabilities to sustain and continuously improve achievements.

  • Ensure capabilities are developed across the operational network to achieve TAPI Operations requirements.

  • Implement focused operational improvement activities (projects, training) on high value.

  • Identifies and improves OpEx organizational strength – people and other resources.

  • Establishes, in partnership with TAPI Operations LT , the desired objectives, performance measures and continuous improvement targets.

Planning & Monitoring Global OPEX Activities:

  • Provide visibility to performance objectives and KPIs.

  • Establish and set internal targets and focus areas; measuring outcomes.

  • Provide TAPI Operations management the performance data to support decision making.

  • Ensure sites have the capabilities to conduct OPEX assessments and remediate gaps.

  • Ensure sites have the capability to lead optimization and OPEX/cost reduction initiatives.

  • Ensure TAPI OPEX standards are executed at the sites.

A Member of TAPI Operations leadership team

Your experience and qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering/technical or scientific discipline – Must

  • MBA or relevant Masters – desirable

  • Black Belt (BB) certification is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong OPEX and transformation knowledge.

  • 10 years of recent experience leading multi-site improvement in manufacturing (e.g., Pharmaceutical/API, Consumer Products, Chemicals, and Medical Device). API experience is strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years prior operations experience in Production, SCM, MS&T, Engineering or other

  • Strong communications, project management, training facilitation, and change management skills.

  • Fluency in English, excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Must be able to travel 30% globally (Primarily Europe)

  • Location and Reporting: Position may be based in Israel or Europe (TAPI Ops sites).

  • Reports to SVP, Head of TAPI Operations
