Responsibilities

This role is a gateway to making a substantial impact on strategic technology initiatives. As a UX proffetional, this is exctied opportunit to roll up your sleeves and lead features across the full spectrum of UX, collaborating with research and content to deliver exceptional experinces. Your work will influence high-level executives, requiring design to be a key tool in communication and persuasion. You will work with a diverse teams, managing multiple priorities, and overseeing product launches. Here are the core responabilities of the role:

  • Collaborate with Product Management to define the problem space and envision success.

  • Work closely with designers, researchers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers, fostering iterative design processes.

  • Develop features that democratize real time streaming data.

  • Create UX assets that convey feature vision, customer value, and establish design principles.

  • Crafting user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that are intuitive and elegant.

  • Derive insights from customer research and cultural trends, translating them into compelling designs and clear briefs.

  • Employ various methods to validate designs, effectively communicating findings and design logic.

  • Support engineering teams throughout development, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Advocate for innovative solutions and technologies, inspiring others to adopt new approaches.

  • Apply successful strategies and enhance engineering methods and quality practices across products.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years in interactive/visual design.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability in designing complex systems.

  • Mastery of Product Design, including information architecture, systems design, interaction design, and execution.

  • Comprehension of technical constraints, user objectives, and business needs.

  • Skill in crafting polished, aesthetically pleasing design artifacts.

  • Experience with design systems, both in contribution and application.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize independently.

  • Attention to details.

  • Outstanding communication abilities to drive outcomes across teams.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a design-driven approach to stakeholder engagement.

  • Bonus: Experience in the analytics and data domain.

  • Bonus: Experience in delivering AI or ML-based solutions.
