Basic Qualifications

12 + years of experience

Expert the whole place and route flow (“RTL to GDS”)

Expert understanding of timing

Process and technology expert

Leadership and mentoring skills

Expert in advanced nodes technologies

Expert with Full-chip experience (floor plan, layout, timing)

Expert in high speed designs, multi-voltage (low power) designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert in taking a lead role developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers

• Expertise with high-performance systems or service design

• Demonstrated ability to mentor other developers in all aspects of their engineering skillsets
