Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to work closely with strategic Data ISVs to become trusted advisors for our customers Data strategy. The ISV Partner Sales Team accelerates ISV co-sell by providing business, technical, and marketing support and more than 90% of Fortune 100 companies utilize AWS Technology Partner solutions and services. The Data ISV Partner Manager owns the Data ISV partners co-sell responsibilities in Israel.

With the change GenAI is driving in the market, Data becomes even more crucial for organizations, Data must be reliable and usable in order for organizations to gain a true business insights. This is your opportunity to become a real trusted advisor and to drive change in harmonizing and democratizing Data platforms.

You'll be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption within the designated territory. You will possess industry knowledge, direct sales and ISV partner sales experience, and demonstrated proficiency scaling a business through a partner ecosystem. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key job responsibilities

• Work with the AWS Sales teams and educate them about the value of the Data ISV partners and how to engage.

• Be able to lead Data strategy discussions with customers and partners decision makers.

• Create a strategic plan for each sales segment.

• Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS’s adoption solution stages. Hold reviews with both ISV and AWS Account Management teams to identify best practices to leverage or lessons to be learned.

• Drive sales execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities between your ISV partners and the AWS field organizations. Qualified ISV partners are recommended for opportunities and deliver quality results.

• Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data technology related (partner) direct sales experience.

• Successful track record to achieving and exceeding quota and key performance metrics.

• Knowledgeable about leading market Data ISV solutions and the AWS Managed Data services.

• Experience working with C-level decision makers.

• Experience working with technology vendors and/or consulting companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network with ISV, GSI, SI, VAR community in Israel

• Experience with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities

• Excellent English verbal and written communication
