Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Medical Office - Accounting Clerk to join their team. As a Medical Office - Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Office - Accounting Clerk

Location: Teays Valley, WV

Pay Range: $16.50/ per hour

What's the Job?

• Process accounts payable invoices according to company guidelines.

• Receive, track, and enter all invoices into the accounts payable module in the accounting system.

• File accounts payable documents accurately and efficiently.

• Serve as a backup for the Staff Accountant in sorting daily mail and distributing it to the proper departments.

• Assist with daily bank deposits and manage other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
