Job Title: Production Worker - Start ASAP

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate responsible for manufacturing and assembling windows and/or door walls in one of four areas – Shipping & Receiving, Frames (windows), Sashes (windows), or Doorwall/Casements. This role involves various sub-assemblies, and continuous training will be provided to help you learn and grow within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of windows or door walls, including measuring and cutting of vinyl, glass, and other materials.

• Repetitively lifting and moving materials (10-50+ lbs depending on position).

• Punching holes into the material.

• Stripping the material.

• Working with hand tools.

• Placing flexy glass on the frames.

• Operating machines, saws, or welding when going direct (not while on contract).

• Performing repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, etc.

• Stocking and cleaning the workspace and general areas.

• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

• Knowledge of hand tools and ability to hold and use them (training provided).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas.

• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.

• Ability to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
